A very floofy princess costume I made for Otakon 2005. Originally going to be a Chii costume, the wigs never worked out. The pearls outlining the fleur de leis were all sewn on by hand >.<

crepe back satin, muslin, venise lace, fake pearls, satin ribbon.

tee-hee. it's so poofy and cute. :D

you are a very talented seamstress!
You're excellent at making these clothes. Did you learn on your own?

I love the sleeves and the bodice. Very cute.
Thankyou, yes I did teach myself. I started by taking apart clothes and remaking them, then I used alot of premade patterns and read sewing books. Now I use very few patterns and make alot of my own.
That's absolutely gorgeous! I love the beads around the fleur de Lis, thats a lovely touch and the dress is so cute!

...but I'm sure Sephiroth sometimes walks around saying "Where's my other wing? I mean, I know I'm a god but even gods sometimes have to obey the laws of gravity. I can't fly with only one wing."
Wow. :D That's amazing. I've tired sewing but it all ends up as a huge mess.
Oh wow! This is so cute!

Thou shalt not wish your girlfriend was a freak like me.
It's a great design! The shape of the skirt is really interesting, especially viewing from the back :)

Has that got some kind of crinnie underneath it, or does it just sit like that?

Look Closer.
It has a specially made petticoat under it.
